We have boots on the ground doing daily inspections on the assets we manage, along with inspections on the opportunities we identify for our clients. In addition to field inspections, we have a network of contractors we work with, that can prepare repair bids, provide permits and execute the repairs needed to realize your goal.   Once in escrow, our transaction coordinators will handle the paperwork, coordinate deliver of earnest money, and keep the communication from all sides moving along so that timelines and closing dates are met.
